Mustard-Basil Grilled Chicken Salad


  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp basil olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 handful rocket lettuce
  • Walnuts
  • 1/2 avocado


  • Heat a pan on medium-high heat, place the mustard, olive oil, and black pepper.
  • Cut the chicken breast diagonally and place the pieces in the pan, grill them by flipping them for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Place them on top of the lettuce, pour the lemon, add the walnuts, and the avocados.
