Summer Beach Workout

Not having a gym nearby, and wanting to get a simple workout done to kick start my day, all I needed to find was an open space, and a bench :

1) Bench dips for triceps (10 reps)

2) Bench push ups (10 reps)

3) Plank (1 minute)

4) Bicycle crunches (1 minute)

5) Straight legs (30 seconds)

I repeated the cycle four times with 15 seconds rest between each exercise.

Don’t find the time to exercise, Make the time !
