Where: A4 Space, Al Serkal Avenue

When: Tuesday September 23

Time: 6AM-9AM

This event is such a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend all of you to be part of this energetic movement that turns a random workday morning into a fun, unique, and positive experience.

The saying “The early bird catches the worm” exists for a reason. Waking up early has many advantages according to the Associated Sleep Societies LLC:

  • You become more cheerful
  • You will notice an increase in productivity
  • You become happier
  • You eat healthier
  • You will be less likely to blow off a workout
  • You will be at less risk of depression, and pessimism

It is never too late to become who you might have been. Improve your life, choose the healthy lifestyle.
