This Smoothie is rich in Antioxidants, Potassium, Protein, and Healthy Fats. It is highly beneficial for you to consume it in the mornings, or before a workout

  • 2 Cups Soy Milk (or Skim Milk)
  • 1 1/2 Large Banana
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • A Handful of Walnuts
