Barbell Squats Workout

  • Jumping Squats x 15
  • Squats Side Leg Raises x 15 (each leg)
  • Squats Back Leg Raises x 15 (each leg)

Repeat the cycle 4 times

Squatting is a compound, full body workout. For a proper squat, squat down by bending hips back while allowing knees to bend forward, keeping back straight and knees pointed same direction as the feet. Go down until your thighs are just past parallel to the floor

A lot of people believe that squats can be bad for your knees and lower back but that is not true unless your squats are with bad form

So learn the proper technique, and then you will be able to ad more weights to the bar, and do more reps
