Towel Core Workout

  • Towel Jack knife x 15
  • Towel Leg Shuffles x 15
  • Towel Thread Throughs x 15

(Repeat the cycle 4 times, with a 15-second break between each set)

Wow do these exercises burn! I love workouts that don’t involve needing any fancy equipment to get them done. If time is of the essence, you can easily get a workout done in the privacy of your own home

You might watch the video and think to yourself “can these actually be effective?” Trust me, they are. The towel creates the need of balance which is great for your abs, and your core muscles will remain engaged the whole time. Go to your closet, pick up a medium length towel, and give them a try; i promise you, it will definitely be a killer workout
