Avocado on Whole Grain Toast

Toast the bread, and mash one half of the avocado on each slice of bread with a fork. Squeeze one half of a lemon (or more, depends on your liking) on each slice. For the toppings:

  1. Cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and basil
  2. One boiled egg, chili flakes, and basil
