Core Workout

Are you getting bored of basic crunches? Mix things up, challenge yourself, and add these effective core exercises to your routine

  • Commandos + Side Dips
  • V Crunches – Without your legs touching the floor
  • Pulse Upa
  • Side Plank with Leg Crunch

Try to aim for 1 minute of each exercise, and repeat the cycle 4 times giving yourself a 30-second break between each cycle
