Abs Sculpting Workout

Are you looking for new exercises targeting your abdominals to add to your workout routine? These will definitely light your abs on fire!
1. Walkout plank variation
2. Plate hold single to double leg drops – slow and controlled
3. Weighted crunches – try not to touch your feet on the ground
4. Side plank with leg lift
5. Side plank hip drop
6. Side plank hold – 30 seconds
Try to do 15 reps each exercise repeating the cycle 4 times. Give yourself 5 seconds rest between each exercise, and 20 seconds rest between each round (keep the rest time short to increase the intensity)
Give it a try! You will be definitely be feeling those abs the following day
